The Cold November Rain
Well, my party is over, but what a fun night! My shish-kabobs turned out great (to my joy and surprise), and it's something I won't be scared to do again. I also made a peach salad that my mom is famous for, and I'm happy to say, it was as good as hers! Dee and I are hoping to have a "back to school, or whatever it is you do" party come September before everything gets too busy, and I just might make that salad again. Tomorrow - the Passion Play in Drumheller. I'm praying that it doesn't rain. I'd like to get some more sun. After 4 summers working outside - either on the farm, or at camps, it's still killing me to have to spend more hours inside than outside. Well, I have 2 more days off, and I'm going to milk them!Ciao
