Back in Black

My bus driver has a Foo Man Chu.
I had mail arrive yesterday addressed to She Ra Cheel.
I bought a computer game the other day.
I dreamt I was a little villager on said computer game.
I got a raise this week.
I'm getting another raise the end of October.
I have a staff meeting the night Lost starts its third season.
My landlord raised the rent $200.
I actually am wearing all black.

Good Morning Starshine

Now that the first draft of my play is due in 4 days, I'm in hyper writing mode. This also means I can't vocally put things in a proper sentence, nor can I read any other literature, and I'm having trouble spelling. I wonder if that will change when I"m done the first draft. It's a busy week too, considering the deadline. I work 9:30 to 5:30 Tuesday-Friday, but on top of that, Tuesday I have auditions at Foothills for the Christmas Show, Thursday I've got a coffee date with Amanda. And to make it through the day, I'm in bed by 10:00. Not a lot of time for writing, but somehow I know I'll get it done. I've got two places to work on plot and dialogue, so if I get stuck on one, I can work on the other. Too bad I only figured out to do that today. Oh, one other side effect of The Deadline, I am so mentally tired, I can hardly move, or lift my head. I don't think I've ever been this affected by something I've written before. Fingers crossed this means it's going to be a good one eh?!
Think good thoughts for me during the week, and pray that I'll have dialogue coming out of my fingers!

Fox On The Run

The Last Kiss was excellent. It had a few, "uhh" moments, but all in all, it was worth watching. I was just reading an entertainment article on www.imdb.com, and it referred to Ontario as a state. It made me giggle. Tomorrow I start my field ed. As excited as I am to start, I kind of hoped to sleep in Saturday. Oh well, I still have Monday.
Yesterday I did a lot of running around in the morning before coming to school, and during the running, I got two really good soakers. Since I live in Bowness, I didn't have a change of clothes, nor an opportunity to run home and get it, so I spent all day in soaking wet shoes, cuffs of my pants (well actually up to the calf area) and socks. Needless to say, my feet are really sore today. They might very well be permanently raisined. Anyway, off to work!

Give It Up

So, uh, yeah. Going to a preview of The Last Kiss on the 13th. Oh yes me.
And my arm is really big still.

My Riches Can't Buy Everything

Oy.
I gave blood today, normal routine occurance every 56 days or so. Not this time! The nurse stuck it in a vein that was on the side of my arm, and it had difficulties staying in, and getting the blood, so she was constantly fiddling with it. It usually only take me about 5-6 minutes to fill up the required amount, so by the 10th minute or so, I'm feeling a little wierd. I can't feel anything but that needle in my body. About the 17th minute or so, they decide to take it out. No big deal right? Well, when the nurse (different one that put it in) took it out, I thought I was going to throw up and pass out all at the same time. Plus, I almost cried. So all of a sudden the nurses were throwing cold towels on me, taking off my watch (my hand was swollen) putting the fan on me and rubbing my arm and hand. I was suddenly so cold that I couldn't talk for my teeth chattering.
I guess that's it. My arm is still really sore so I shouldn't really be doing anything with it, much less typing.

What Have You Been Doing Lately

That, and being in Joya's wedding, trying to write more of my play, but not being able to, watching episode after episode of friends, and playing Diner Dash 2 and Insaniquarium.
